You Are Not Alone in Life’s Struggles

In the Gospel of John, chapter fourteen, we read, “And I will pray to the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever.” (John 14:16)

Thankfully, we are not left alone in our struggle in this evil world. 

Jesus told His disciples that He will give us the Holy Spirit as our helper, teacher, and guide in all things. 

His presence in us will guide us in our daily lives, helps us to follow Christ authentically and gaining the power to resist the devil and his temptations. 

He helps us to be good toward others that are well beyond our natural human characteristics. 

And He helps us to show our love for God by obeying Him and following His commandments, which cultivates a healthy and powerful harvest of precious spiritual fruit. 

Thank you Jesus for giving us your power in the Holy Spirit to resist the devil and his temptations.
