How Great God Father’s Love For Us (John 1:10-14)

“He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. 

He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. 

But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. 

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.“ (John 1:10-14)

What a powerful reminder for us that Saint John said in these verses. 

Jesus came to our world, took a body like ours, and went to the cross, to confront the devil, our enemy, with all his evil spirits, and He defeated him for us. 

He gave us His life eternal, and the power of His name to defeat the devil. 

He saved us from the power of sin which leads to our death. 

Those who believed and received Jesus, He gave them the privilege to become children of God. 

When we are fully united with Jesus, God Father embraces us. 

Jesus made a way for us to have access to the Heavenly Father. 

No matter what we have done, we repent, and run to Him, and He forgives all our sins. 

We can never outrun His love. 

We are never too far gone for His reach. 

When we return to Him, He rescues us and uses us for His purpose on the earth. 

His love for us brings healing to our hearts from all the destruction of our past sins. 

He brings joy and peace to our souls. 

How great is the Love of Jesus for us. What a privilege to have Him our Lord and savior.
