Today's Prayer

Prayer Asking To Be Filled With Jesus’ Confidence

Dear Lord,

I humbly come before You with a heart that yearns to know the endless bounds of Your love. 

Grant me the ability to love You with all my heart, mind, soul, and strength through my actions, words, and deeds. 

I want to have confidence that I am a child of God who wants to please You, and that You can use me to spread Your word anywhere I go. 

Fill me with boldness to speak out Your word with confidence that You will speak in me and that You will protect me. 

I always remind myself when I am at work that I am Your representative in this corrupted world. 

I want to love people around me as You loved me. 

I want to be in Your image, full of compassion, patience and love. 

Jesus, I need Your strength to do Your will. 

I know You want to send me to the world and this will not happen unless I am completely united with You and abiding in You. 

I want to have the confidence to speak as You speak with gentleness and compassion. 

Lord, I need Your strength today to have the confidence to carry out Your mission. 

I love You Lord, and I want to please Your heart and obey Your command. 

I trust in Your word that You will bless me with all Your spiritual blessings that I need to carry out Your mission, and to fulfill Your will for my life. 

I praise Your holy name, and give you all the honor and glory now and forever. 

Amen.
