Today's Prayer

Prayer To Restore Strong Faithful

My Lord and Savior Jesus,

I come to You now in prayer asking You to restore in me the joy and wonder of childlike faith. 

You said, unless we change and become like little children, we will not be able to enter the kingdom of heaven. 

Free me from the hindrances of childhood hurts and losses that may be keeping me from believing that You are with me. 

Lord, please help me to trust in You without humanly reasoning everything. 

I want my relationship with You, Lord, to be like a child who trusts her father. 

Please Lord, strengthen my faith in You and encourage me to believe in Your word. 

You said You will never leave me and forsake me. 

Yes, Lord, You love me and You are so kind to me and full of mercy and compassion. 

Remind me with all the situations where I cried to You and You came quickly to rescue me. 

I am surrounded with many people who doubt You and Your presence in us, this affects me so much and I feel that their doubts fills me with fear and anger. 

I find myself saying, where are You Lord. 

Please forgive me Lord. 

I know that Your word are truth. 

Please help me to reject the spirit of doubt and abide in Your Holy Spirit to feel secured and loved all the time. 

Make me like a child who relies on her father’s arms with joy and trust that he is the only one who will save her. 

Lord, I proclaim now that You are my Savior and I trust in You. 

Help me to abide in this truth. In Your precious name, I pray. 

Amen.
