Today's Prayer

A Prayer For Courage When Fear Surrounds Us

Dear Lord,

I come to You today because fear surrounds me on every side.

Everything in my life feels uncertain, and I am afraid.

Thank You that You loved me first and came to my world to save me from the devil my enemy.

I know that the spirit of fear is the devil’s spirit.

Please help me to not receive this spirit and rebuke it in Your almighty name.

Thank You for reminding me that I can always turn to You and I can seek out Your protection.

Please Lord, help me to be strong and courageous in the Holy Spirit.

Help me to forget all fearful accidents that happened in the past and only remember how You came to save me every time I called You in my prayer.

Jesus, please, come to me in the Holy Spirit and remind my heart of Your steadfast love and Your promises to constantly protecting me.

I trust in You Lord, and in Your promise that you will never forsake me, nor leave me.

Thank You for always being here for me and giving me the courage that I need to live a full peaceful life in You.

Holy Spirit please come now and dwell in me to feel the peace and love of my Lord and Savior, Jesus christ.

Bless me with the true freedom that is found in Jesus’ name.

I promise You Lord, that I will obey Your command and rebuke the spirit of fear and I believe that it will flee away from me as You have said.

In the power and help of the Holy Spirit I will overcome the spirit of fear.

I pray in the Holy and Almighty name of the Son of God, Jesus Christ.
