Today's Prayer

Prayer Asking For God’s Forgiveness

Holy Lord,
I come to You Lord, bringing You all the ways I have lived solely for myself and all the self-serving thoughts, words and actions. 
Please Lord, forgive all my sins. 
I confess that I treated people around me with arrogance and selfishness. 
Help me to be humble like You and full of compassion and love for others. 
Lord, help me to change to be in Your image and likeness. 
Replace all the wrong in me with Your righteousness.  
Help me to be more willing to let the Holy Spirit work in me and restoring me to You. 
Fill me Lord, with Your blessing of learning Your ways and doing Your will in my life. 
Help me to let go of my old ways and receive the new nature.
Lord, I humbly ask You to forgive all my sins and cover me with Your holy righteous blood. 
In Jesus’ precious name, I pray. 
Amen.
