Today's Prayer

A Prayer To Share Jesus With Others

Dear Jesus,
I thank You for loving me even when I am a sinner and disobey Your word. 
You have been waiting on my door knocking until I opened to You to come into my life. 
Thank You for Your mercy and patience on me. 
You are so faithful to me. 
Know Lord, after opening for You my heart and submitting my life to You, I ask you to give me strength and boldness to share Your love to all my friends who need You. 
I want them to experience Your peace and comfort and be healed from their anxiety and depression.
I ask You Lord, that my heart would be full of conviction when it begins to veer off the path You have given me. 
Remind me constantly that there is power in prayer, a gift in leading with humility, and abundant, unending hope in Your living word in the Gospel. 
Help me to be steadfast in sharing Your truth and giving others a reason to desire to know You. 
I pray that my story will be used to bring You glory. 
Open my eyes, Lord, to see those around me that need to know You and stir up in my heart the call to encourage those people with the truth and love from Your word. 
In the precious name of Jesus, I pray. 
Amen.
