A Prayer For Good Health And Protection From Harm

Dear Jesus My Lord,
I bless You, for You are my Savior and the Healer of all my diseases. 
My body is the temple of Your Spirit, so I pray for protection from that which could bring harm to me physically. 
Guard me from stresses that steal my emotional strength and lower my immunity to fight infection. 
Heal me of past traumas that may affect my present or future health. 
Teach me how to discipline my body so I can grow stronger and increase my physical stamina. 
When challenges arise, I need not fear, for You have given me a spirit of power, of love, and a sound mind. 
As the Great Physician, You know me so well. 
You ordained every part of my body even before I am born. 
Help me, Lord,  to treat my body with respect as Your beloved creation. 
I want to serve You with excellence, so in my weakness, grant me strength and good health so that nothing will prevent Your plan for my life. 
Protect me from contagions and disease that can riddle the body and bring dangerous results. 
Safeguard me with wisdom to use well the rest You provide as I wait on You and with You daily. 
My life and my health are in Your hands, Lord, and my trust and faith are in You. In Jesus’ name I pray. 
Amen.
