Today's Prayer

A Prayer For A Fresh Start With The Lord

Dear Lord Jesus,
First I want to thank You for giving me a new beginning. 
You gave me a new home and a new job at the same time. 
I know what this means. 
You want me to refresh my relationship with You. 
You want me to have a new start with You, Lord. 
You gave me all what I need physically and emotionally to start with You a new covenant. 
So please, help me to experience with You a new start. 
Help me to embrace each new day You give me with hope. 
Encourage me Lord, and help me to not focus on my past sins and mistakes, and be ready for a fresh start with You. 
Lord, I need to move into a better future with You. 
Without You I am lost and have no joy nor peace on anything I do or have. 
I am so grateful that Your love is greater than my failures. 
Please teach me in the Holy Spirit to let go of regret and shame. 
Please help me to move forward with faith so I can live my life in new ways. 
Please Lord, hear my supplications. 
I know that because of Your great love to me, I am not consumed, for Your compassion and mercy never fail.
They are new every morning. 
I also know that Your mercy endures forever. 
I praise Your almighty name and glorify You now and forever. 
Amen.
