Today's Prayer

Prayer To Praise God

Holy Lord Jesus,
I praise You today and every day. 
All that I celebrate in my life is from You. 
And I am so thankful for the joy You offer me on this earth. 
But Lord, every blessing and celebration pales in comparison to the joy I have and long to express that You came to the world, lived among us, and died to release us from our sins to give us freedom and eternal life. 
I am delighted to have the joy of celebrating You and Your overcoming power over sin and death, and Your immeasurable sacrifice for us every day. 
May I be united with You and with Your almighty power over sin and death. 
May I abide in You now and until I meet You in the air and see Your glory. 
May I remember Your goodness, faithfulness, power, and sacrificial love with every breath I breathe today and every day now and to eternity. 
Blessed are You, Lord, forever and ever, Amen.
