Today's Prayer

Healing Prayer for the Sick

O Lord Almighty,
You are the Healer of my soul and body. 
In Your great mercy, put Your healing hands on me and heal my sickness. 
Stretch forth Your hand that is full of healing and health, and raise me up from my bed, and cure me of my illness. 
Please Lord, put away from me the spirit of disease and of every disease, pain and fever to which they are bound. 
I know that sickness is because of my sins and transgressions. 
Please forgive me Lord, and grant me remission and forgiveness of my sins, in Your holy and precious blood. Lord, I know You love me though I am a sinner, please pity me, through Your mercy and compassion. 
You raised the dead and forgave the sinners cause You love Your creation. 
Please Lord, hear my prayers and let Your Holy Spirit intervene and heal me. 
I believe that You are my healer and I have faith that according to Your mercy that I do not deserve, You can heal me now. 
I honor and glorify You, both now and ever, and to the ages of ages. 
Amen.
