Today's Prayer

A Prayer For Protection And Guidance

Oh, My Lord Jesus,
You are my breastplate which I put on for protection in all aspects of my life and I emphasize trusting in Your guidance. 
You kept me safe through all kinds of difficult situations. 
Protect me, Lord, in every part of my life from dangers I can see and dangers I cannot. 
Please guide me in the right direction every day. 
Sometimes, I feel totally lost and don't know what to do. 
In those times, please remind me that You are my shepherd, always leading me. 
When I wander off, please call me back. 
When I'm scared, remind me that You are right here with me. 
And when I think I know better than You, please gently pull me back to Your way. 
I ask You Lord, to make me brave even in hazardous circumstances, I ask for courage, peace, and protection. 
Please help me be confident that You are with me and helping me anytime and anywhere. 
Give me everything I need to fight the good fight and fight spiritual warfare battles victoriously. 
Deliver me from evil and stay close to me through the power of Your Holy Spirit.
Thank You for always walking ahead of me and beside me, no matter what circumstances I face. 
I look forward to feeling safe in Your loving care every day of my life. 
Amen.
