Whom Jesus Justifies, These He Also Glorifies (Romans 8: 28-30)

“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.
For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. 
Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.” (Romans 8:28-30)

The Gospel bears witness and gives us, we the children of God, a great promise, that all things work together for good to those who love God. 
We will always face difficulties but the word of God tells us today that Jesus can change the affliction into our good. 
He can interfere when we ask Him to come into the situation and He can change it. 
He is able to do the impossible if we have faith and trust Him. 
If we hold on Him, abide in Him, and have true faith, we can order the mountains, in Jesus almighty name to move, and it will move.
Jesus gave us His name to have His authority over things and all situations. 
We also must understand the real meaning of the word “predestined.” 
Father God has foreknowledge of all things. 
So when we read the phrase “For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son,” the word predestined must not be understood as overpowering man’s free response, for man’s free will is a gift from God. 
Nor does the word apply to individuals, rather, this term means “preordained” which means that God has a specific calling for His people before the beginning of the world. 
God does not will evil to be done, nor does He force virtue. 
Based on His foreknowledge, God assures, or predestines, that those who will choose to love Him, trust Him, and obey Him, will be conformed to the image and likeness of His Son, that is, glorified. 
Amen.
