Today's Prayer

Joy In Christ’s Advent

Jesus my Lord,
I am so filled with joy and very thankful that You came to our world to save me from sin and death.
Your kindness and love overwhelm me.
Your are my Lord and Savior.
Now I can resist the devil with the power of Your Holy Spirit that You have given me to overcome all the evil spirits.
Now I am protected with Your precious blood that You have shed on the cross.
Now I am forgiven when I confess my sin and repent.
You said You will not even remember my sins.
Now I am a child of God by adoption.
Your love and grace fill my soul, spirit, and body.
I am so thankful for loving me and giving me Your overcoming power over all the evil spirits of the devil, my enemy.  
May I speak of Your love to the whole world.
I praise Your name now and forever.
Amen.
