Jesus Makes The Way Clear And Paved For Us (Mathew 10:5-11)

"For Moses writes about the righteousness which is of the law, “The man who does those things shall live by them.”
But the righteousness of faith speaks in this way, “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’ ”(that is, to bring Christ down from above) or, “Who will descend into the abyss?’ ” (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).
But what does it say?
“The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach): that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame” (Mathew 10:5-11)
Jesus made it so clear for us and said “I am the way, the truth, and the life.”
Why is Jesus the only way to the eternal life?
Because He is the creator of heaven and earth and everything on it.
He is the king of kings and Lord of Lords.
He who breathed His Holy Spirit in our bodies and gave us life.
He created us in His image and likeness.
He is the only one who knows the numbers of our hair.
He humbled Himself and descended to our world to tell us who God is and His nature.
He came to save us from sin and death.
He came to tell us that His way is sure and His path is open to all.
He blessed us with the right way to eternity, which is Himself.
We have nothing to do other than opening our hearts to Him, accept His name, and receive Him in us in the Holy Spirit.
St. Paul is confirming to us in these verses that the word is in our mouth and in our heart, that is, the word of faith which he preached us.  
If we proclaim with our mouth our acceptance  to Jesus and receive Him in our hearts, we will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Jesus’ promise to us is that, whoever believes in Him will not be put to shame.
What a divine blessing and grace to be given the exact directions to eternity.
There is no doubt or guessing how we will do it.
Jesus did it for us and paved the way once and for all.
Amen.
