Count All Things Loss For The Knowledge Of Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:8-11)

“But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ. Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith; hat I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death, if, by any means, I may attain to the resurrection from the dead.”(Philippians 3:8-11.)

What is the gain for anyone if he has a lot of money but loses himself, for he always feels depressed, discouraged, and lost. 
He does not feel peace because he’s trapped in the thoughts of fear of death, or losing his money, or being sick. 
The prince of this world is the devil. 
He is the spirit of death, sin, fear, sickness, anxiety, worry, depression, and hatred, etc. 
When we reject the ways of God our creator and follow the worldly and lustful ways of the devil, all what is in him will be in us. 
When we obey the evil one, we are united in his will, and his will is our destruction and death. 
But when we obey, Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we will be untied with His love, eternal life, peace, joy, and His goodness. 
We will be filled with all the fruits of His Spirit which are uncreated and true feelings that has nothing to do with circumstances. 
In Jesus nothing is impossible and we can do all things because of His strength in us. 
So we need to abide in Jesus and press on, regardless of difficulties we face every day. 
When we turn on the news, it is so easy to get hit with discouragement and overwhelmed with all the bad new. 
The devil wants to scare us and cast his discouragement to keep us down.
He does not just target the weak but he also attacks the spiritual strong leaders and ministers.  
But we must always be aware of the devil’s whispering lies and reject it. 
We must hold on the truth. 
Jesus is the truth, the way, and the life. 
We must remember that to gain our lives, we must be in Jesus abiding and uniting with Him, and outside Him is our death. 
To walk the path of Jesus is not easy, but we have to press on, keep on going, and rejecting the devil our enemy. 
Knowing the truth and being in Christ and He is in us,  is a precious gift that we have to nourish and be sure to abide in Him all the time.
