Today's Prayer.

Prayer For Our Children’s Faith.

Dear Lord,
Thank You for being our Lord and Savior who craves to lavish love and goodness toward us.
Help our children to recognize, accept, and embrace You. 
I pray that my kids will develop an eternal perspective and purpose, not an earthly one.
Help them to see life and its challenges through Your eyes, eager, 
and  unafraid to share with others the good news of the Gospel. 

I pray that they will set their minds on things above, not just what is going on our world, 
and that they will be rooted in Your love. 
Please, Lord, keep evil away from them and help them to trust You
as their shield and strength. 
Guard their minds from every evil thought and grant them discernment to recognize the truth. 

I pray that You, Lord, make them courageous, recognizing that You have overcome the devil 
on the cross and You gave us Your overcoming power over all his evil spirits in the Holy Spirit. 
Let them know that the only safe place is in You, Lord. In Your precious name, 
I pray. Amen.
