Today's Prayer.

A Prayer Of Thanks To Jesus’ Patience With Us.

Dear lord,
Thank You for loving me and never forsaking me even when I do not connect with You. 
When I am entangled with my worldly jobs and concerns, I confess I do not go to You 
or even remember to talk to You in prayers. 
Lord, forgive me for not giving a chance to Your Holy Spirit to penetrate deep inside 
to sanctify me. 
I am always busy with my plans and my own wisdom to solve my problems 
instead of asking You to interfere and give me Your wisdom, rest, and peace. 
Please, Lord, remind me of Your truth and words that You can do the impossible, 
and You are a good and merciful God. 
Help me to keep my eyes on You, especially in times of trouble. 

Lord, I cannot face tomorrow or live today without the power of Your Spirit in me. 
Thank You, Lord, for Your kindness and mercy on me. 
You are so patient with me and You are still waiting at my door knocking 
and waiting for me to open my heart to You and to surrender everything 
I have to Your almighty hands. 

You are my fortress and defender, no one can snatch me from Your hands. 
There is no other God like You, Lord. 
In you I trust. Sanctify me through Your truth. 
Your Word is truth. 
Preserve me Lord, from deceit and from fear from the enemy. 
Protect me Lord, from the arrow that flies by day, and the trouble 
that is in the darkness. 
Grant me Your eternal life. 
In the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, I pray. 
Amen.
