Today's Prayer 

A Prayer For Assurance Of Jesus’ Protection

Lord,
I come to You to lay down at Your feet all my fears that try to overtake me.
Help me, Lord, to remember that not one detail of my life, or the lives of my family, is out of Your protection, control, and sovereign love. 
You said that You will never forsake me nor leave me. 
I trust in Your word, Lord. I can be sure Your perfect love will never leave me. 
I know that I am in the apple of Your eyes and I am engraved in Your palm.
You never slumber or sleep. 
You are my mighty Savior. 
I am blessed that I am Your child and I have You my Savior and my refuge.
You said that in You I may have peace and that in this world I will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, cause You have overcome the world.
Please, Lord, remind me always that in You I overcome this ugly world with all its evil spirits. 
May I remain confident in Your unfailing word. 
In Your faithful name, Jesus, I pray, 
Amen.
