Today's Prayer

A Prayer For Growing Of Faith

Jesus my Savior,

Sometimes life gets me down and I find it hard to see things to be thankful for. 
Please forgive me for the way I complain about my circumstances. 
Sorry for my bad attitude when things do not go my way. 
Help me to let go of my fear of failure. 
Forgive me for not living in faith. 
I sometimes doubt that You will ever hear my prayers and answer them. 
Help me to live with bold confidence in You. 

Lord, help me not to compare my situation to others around me. 
I come to You today to lay before You all that weighs heavy on my heart. 
Reveal even the sin I am not aware of, Lord. 
I lay these at Your feet and pray Your forgiveness on me. 
I believe that You will forgive me and wash me to make me whiter than snow. 

Thank You, Lord, for Your unending love for me. 
Help me to start fresh right now to make choices that honor You. 
Help me to keep my eyes on You and live a life that proclaims Your love and faithfulness. 
I pray that my faith will multiply exponentially as I experience in deeper ways 
that You are a faithful God who loves me unconditionally. 
I praise Your name with thanksgiving . 
Amen.
