Today's Prayer.

A Prayer For Praising The Holy Spirit

Dear Lord,
I want to thank You that You did not leave me an orphan, but you gave me the gift of the indwelling of Your Holy Spirit in me. 
Through the Holy Spirit I can receive Your love, Your wisdom, and Your peace. Thank You, Holy Spirit, for protecting me, guiding me, and interceding for me during prayer. 
Thank You for sanctifying me to be in the image and likeness of the Son of God, Jesus Christ. Jesus, I know that no matter what I ask You, You answer me in the Holy Spirit. 
The Spirit knows even before I ask what I need. 
I come to You now, Lord, asking in faith, to lead me and to speak to my heart as I pray. 
Help me to remember Your promises and stand firm in faith to receive them. Thank you, Lord for the many gifts You have given me which I received in the Holy Spirit. 
You are so good to me.  
Your blessings are like raindrops hoped for. 
May I forever be grateful for those showers that come. 
I praise Your name now and forever. 
Amen.
