Today's Devotional

“Behold, I stand at the door and knock. 
If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. 
To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne. 
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
”(Revelation 3: 20-22.)

The world around us has become a place full of corruption and injustice. 
It is full of people who are lost, broken, and hopeless. 
They have many worries carried on their shoulders. 
Today Jesus is telling them in these verses how much He cares for them. 
He is the One who provides hope, comfort and peace that surpasses all understanding. 
He provides for their needs spiritually and physically. 
He can change the impossible things to be possible. 
He is able to change our sinful nature and give us a new nature. 
His blood shed upon the cross wipes away all sins and forgives them.
He is a kind, merciful and humble God. 
He is standing at our door knocking waiting for anyone to open for Him. 
If anyone hears His voice and opens the door, He will come in to him and dwell in him. 
What an offer and precious grace that we all have. 
He will give us His overcoming power over sin and death. 
He will sanctify and change us by His Holy Spirit. 
We will have a new heart and eternal life. 
Those who will accept Him and receive Him by obeying His ways and commands, will be filled with Hope, love and His life. 
They will be able to reject sin and overcome all the devil’s temptations.
His promise to each one of us today is, “to him who overcomes (the devil). 
I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.”
Today, I say to those who are hopeless, open the door to Jesus and let Him release you from fear and depression. 
When you receive Jesus, He will grant you not only His life but also His Throne in heaven. 
Thank You Jesus for Your lovingkindness.
