Today's Prayer

A Prayer To Be Kind And Generous

Dear God,
Help us to be generous in our givings and be kind.
Help us to look to the needs of others and not be consumed by only our own.
Your word in the Gospel tells us to give with liberality and to show mercy with cheerfulness.
May we be lovers of the truth of Your word, and be the fruits of Your Spirit.
May we obey Your commands cheerfully, knowing that Your words are life and light to us.
Let us shine with Your love, peace, kindness, goodness ans faithfulness.
May we make difference in this world, for Your glory and purposes.
Please, set Your ways before our eyes. Let us hear Your voice only and not any other.
May all Your plans succeed, and we reflect Your hope and love to a world that so desperately needs Your presence, healing and guidance.
To You be the glory and honor, now and forever.
Amen.
