Today's Prayer

Prayer Asking for Jesus’ Power Over Sin

Jesus My Lord,

I come to You to declare that in Your precious and almighty name I have power over all the sinful spirits and their temptations.

In Your precious name I rebuke every plan of darkness assigned against me and my family and I cancel its power over us.

Jesus, in Your almighty name I believe that no weapon formed against us shall prosper.

I proclaim that we all are covered by the blood of Jesus.

We are preserved from catastrophic accidents, sudden tragedy, sickness, and every form of danger.

I submit myself, my family, and everything I own to You today.

Please, Lord protect our souls and minds from all the evil thoughts that fill us with, doubt, fear, and anxiety.

Please remind me to rebuke every time I face evil temptation with faith that in Your name I am victorious.

I come to You today to ask the help of Your Holy Spirit to overcome sin with all its form of lust and temptation.

I rebuke in the name of Jesus, all the lustful and worldly desires that fill my mind and the mind of my children.

Lord, I confess that when I am under the devil’s attack I either forget to rebuke him or I doubt that I will be able to overcome him in Your name.

These moments the spirit of doubt controls my mind and I feel that there is no way I will be out of this attack victoriously.

Please, Lord, help me to overcome this spirit of doubt that weakens my faith and let me submit to the evil temptation.

I declare now that in Your almighty name I can overcome the devil my enemy.

It is the power of my Lord, Jesus Christ, that abolishes all the devil’s sinful effect over me and not my own strength.

Thank You Jesus for the cross, where You confronted all the evil spirits and You overcame them in Your body, my body, and gave me this victory in Your name.

I Love You Jesus and I praise Your name now and forever.

Amen.
