Today's Prayer

Prayer To Share Jesus’ Joy With Others

Jesus, My Lord,

I come to You in prayer confessing that my mind is bombarded by images, thoughts, opinions, and information every day.

As You said in the Gospel that what goes in my mind is what comes out from my mouth.

Lord, I confess that still, I cannot just totally shut myself off from society and the media.

I falter in my thoughts from time to time.

Lord, I want to align my mind with You all the time.

I need the help of the Holy Spirit to stop looking all the time on my phone.

I want to grow In You until I be in full unity with You.

I want to say like apostle Paul, it is no more I who live but Christ lives in me.

I want my life and my day to be fully saturated with Your presence.

Please Lord, protect my mind from all the evil thoughts that the devil throws into me every moment.

I know that I who opens to him by looking 24/7 on my phone.

Help me Lord to stop this habit and be free from this addiction.

I pray that You will strengthen me in the power of Your Holy Spirit to focus on You day and night.

I want to focus on obeying Your word and use the talents that who have given me to glorify You.

I thank You for loving me and forgiving my sins each day, and every day.

I pray You will reveal Yourself in my life.

Give me wisdom in every situation as to what I should do in every situation, and strengthen my obedience in what you ask of me.

Show me the right path to correct my ways if I stray.

Show me ways to show and spread Your love to those around me.

Quiet my mind so I can recognize Your guidance when You speak.

Help align my heart and mind in their purest form to reflect Your image.

Thank You for answering all my prayers in Your perfect timing with Your perfect answer.

In Your precious and almighty name, I pray.

Amen.
