Prayer Asking The Guidance Of The Holy Spirit

Dear Jesus,

Thank You for loving me.

Thank You for the cross where You confronted the devil, my enemy, and You abolished his grip of sin and death over me.

Thank You for giving me Your power over sin in the Holy Spirit.

You said I will leave and go to my Father, but I will not leave you orphans, but I will send my Spirit to comfort you and guide You.

Please Lord I need the guidance of Your Holy Spirit in every decision I take.

I want to do Your will in my life not my own will.

You said You will let Your Spirit tell me what to say or do.

Please I need the help of Your Spirit to forgive others’ trespasses against me.

I want not to be hurt or be filled with bitterness.

I want to hear Your voice which leads my way.

I will promise You now Lord, that I will wait until I hear a clear voice of the Holy Spirit before I do anything or plan anything.

In You Lord I am safe and protected.

Even when what You command me to do is so difficult and seem hard to do it, I believe that in You I can do the impossible.

I need Your wisdom to do what You command me to do and when to do it.

Your ways are the successful and profitable ways.

In You I can prosper and never feel sorry for any consequences.

I trust You Lord.

You are my shield. In You I have life, love, joy, and peace.

In Your precious name I pray.
