Today's Prayer

Prayer Asking Jesus To Hep Us To His Love To People

Dear Lord,

Though I live in a broken, fallen world, yet I gaze at Your love for me and I feel I am filled with hope.

I hope that the world knows You and all people around me rest in Your holy and sacrificial Love.

I pray for all who do not know You, to know how much You love them and to come to You and feel this peace that I feel in the presence of Your Holy Spirit in me. 

Without You, Lord, there is no life. 

I feel empty when sin separates me from You.

I feel hopeless and desperate.

It is very painful to live without You in this dead and sad world. I see people are sick and helpless around me.

Please Lord, give me strength and power to talk to them about You and show them the way for their salvation. 

Fill me with Your compassion and love to be bold to tell them the truth and preach them Your name.

You said that we must share Your love with others. Help me to do this with joy and not fear their rejection. 

I thank You for the privilege of entering into the pain of others so that I can transfer Your love to them and Your light may shine and they receive it and get relieved from pain.

May my days be full of compassion and love for all people around me. Please Lord help me to forgive when I am hurt.

When I am rejected, may I be reminded that You were as well.

When I see people in pain, may I choose to engage and relieve their pain with Your words and Spirit.

May I be able to transfer Your love and life that release all the pain.

Please Lord, hear my prayers and supplications.

I praise Your name with thanksgiving.

Amen.
