Jesus Came To Release Our Bondage To Sin (Hebrews 2:14-17)

Jesus my Lord and Savior, You are the God of peace.

I know the source of fear and anxiety is Satan.

He is the spirit of fear and depression.

He delights in causing me pain.

He torments me with worrisome thoughts and burden my heart with fretfulness.

Sometimes it seems like i take my worries everywhere except to You.

Help me lord to remember that you came to save me from Satan my enemy and tyranny.

You came to defeat him for me on the cross.

You gave me Your overcoming power over his thoughts of fear which leads to death.

Every time I submit to his fearful thoughts i get sick and depressed.

Help me Lord to remember to rebuke him when fears and anxiety come knocking at my heart’s door.

You are a good and faithful God.

Help me challenge my worries with strong faith in You.

I know that you hear my supplications.

You care for my physical and emotional health.

Forgive me when i allow anxious thoughts to cloud my thinking.

Help me to take my anxious thoughts to You in every circumstances, believing that You will intervene and save me.

I know that You hear me, Lord, when I bring my concerns to You.

You care about every single detail in my life.

I am so grateful for Your lovingkindness to me.

I pray in Your precious name.
