Today's Prayer

A Prayer for Deliverance from Anger

Father God, My burden is so heavy.

I am exhausted of carrying this spirit of anger in me.

I learned from Your word in the Gospel that the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God.

I cannot express the trauma of this spirit causes me.

It makes me sick and full of the spirit of death.

I want to obey your command to live and have Your eternal life.

You are the light of my life.

Please take away this ugly spirit out of me.

Every time I repent and say I will resist it, I am not be able to control it.

A lot of circumstances trigger me to be very angry.

Lord, I want to be free from this sin that makes me ruin my family, my friends, my physical and mental health.

I want to live in Your peace and rest.

And the most important thing is that I do not want to displease you.

I want to please your heart and obey your commands.

You are my strength and refuge.

You said ask and you will be given.

I am asking You Lord now to abolish all the evil spirits working in me.

I surrender myself to Your healing power to set me free.

In Your Almighty name I pray.

Amen.
